“Ferni dessert (Milk Pudding)”

Ferni dessert

Ingredients (4 servings)
3 cups cold milk
1/2cup water
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp rice flower
2+1/2 tbsp rosewater
slivered pistachios for garnish
ground cinnamon for garnish

 Dissolve rice flour in cold milk and water. Pour in a small pot.
 Bring it to a boil. Add sugar and rosewater, stir regularly.
 Cook and stir over low to medium heat until ferni thickens, about 15 minutes.
 Pour into individual dessert dishes. Garnish with ground cinnamon and slivered pistachios.
 Serve cold or hot.
