Enjoy a Japanese Game of "Go"

This is an occasion to introduce to you "go," a traditional Japanese amusement.
Please learn rules and try and play it.
Beginners would be most welcome!

Limited Enrollment: 5(international residents); 5 (Japanese who knows rules of GO and/or who can interpret)
Interpretation: Available in English
Fee: \100 for MIFA member / \200 for non-MIFA member
Apply: Inform MIFA via email of your name, nationality, address, telephone number, and your preferable day(s), and whether or not you know the rule of GO.

"Let's Enjoy Japanese Game of GO!" was held on June 29 (Sun.).
The event was joined by 7 international residents, who learned history, culture, and rules of GO, and enjoyed talking with Japanese volunteers.
Their understanding of Japanese culture and their friendship among participants deepened thanks to instructions from Japanese volunteers.

"Enjoy a Japanese Game of GO and Casual Tea Ceremony" was held for the first time by MIFA. The event was joined by 14 international residents, who learned history, culture, and rules of GO, and experienced casual tea ceremony after the GO session.
Their understanding toward Japanese culture and their friendship among participants deepened thanks to instructions from Japanese volunteers.
