■Quickly Pickled Seasonal Vegetables
Ingredients （Serves 4）
5g fresh ginger
white sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tsp mirin (sweet rice wine)
1 tsp sugar
10 cc water
１ Peel turnips. Cut into half lengthwise and slice. Cut stems and leaves of turnips into 2~3cm pieces.
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and then into thin diagonal slices.
Cut carrot and ginger into fine strips. Cut apple into arch-shaped without peeling.
２ Put all vegetables in a container for pickles and pour mixed seasonings.
３ Drain and serve in a bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
