🏠 What is it?
A fun and friendly international exchange program where international students visit a Japanese home and enjoy about 3 hours of conversation and cultural sharing. (This is not an overnight stay.)

👤 Who Can Join?
International student visitors (up to 20 people) who meet all of the following:
- Interested in communicating actively with a Japanese host family
- Currently studying at a school in Tokyo
- Must register as a MIFA member (annual student membership: ¥500)
💰 Participation Fee
Free
However, please cover your own transportation costs to and from MIFA and your assigned host family’s home.
🗣 Language
Japanese or a mix of other languages.
Don’t worry if you’re not fluent—we value your positive attitude and effort to communicate!
⚠ Important Notes

After you apply, we will match each student with a host family. Please avoid cancellations unless absolutely necessary, as it may cause inconvenience to your match.

Photos or videos taken on the day, as well as those submitted by you, may be used for MIFA’s publicity (website, SNS, flyers, etc.). If you do not wish your images to be used, please inform MIFA at the time of registration.
