Ingredients (4 servings)
1 canola flower (nanohana)
250ｇ sliced pork loin
A 1.5tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter
１ Boil canola flower quickly in hot water with a pinch of salt. Drain on a sieve to remove moisture. When it gets cold, squeeze. Cut off hard part of root. Cut stem in half lengthwise if it’s thick.
２ Spread pork. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
３ Put canola flower on the front of pork and roll.
４ Melt butter in frying pan. Fry rolled pork, winding end below until browned.
5 Mix A. Pour into ４ and mix together while boiling.
６ Cut into bite sized pieces.
