Ingredients (4 servings)
3 cups cold milk
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp rice flower
2+1/2 tbsp rosewater
slivered pistachios for garnish
ground cinnamon for garnish
１ Dissolve rice flour in cold milk and water. Pour in a small pot.
２ Bring it to a boil. Add sugar and rosewater, stir regularly.
３ Cook and stir over low to medium heat until ferni thickens, about 15 minutes.
４ Pour into individual dessert dishes. Garnish with ground cinnamon and slivered pistachios.
５ Serve cold or hot.
