【report】Wagashi Making Class2024

Attendees：15 people (Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Chile, Peru, Italy, France)

Started with a presentation about "Wagashi" and demonstration by the teacher.

Participants tried making a basic Nerikiri called "Temari 手毬."
But it's more difficult actually doing it than watching someone do it.

Adding food coloring to the dough, and making original Nerikiri.

I did enjoy Wagashi class making very much. I hope can attend more such kind of this class in the future. I love to learn more about Japanese culture, traditional cake and so on. And i want to say big thank to the teacher and all volunteers.
