Rolled Pork with Canola Flower inside

Ingredients (4 servings)
1 canola flower (nanohana)
250g sliced pork loin
A 1.5tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp sugar
2tsp sake
2tsp mirin
salt, pepper
1 tbsp butter

Method
 Boil canola flower quickly in hot water with a pinch of salt. Drain on a sieve to remove moisture. When it gets cold, squeeze. Cut off hard part of root. Cut stem in half lengthwise if it’s thick.
 Spread pork. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
 Put canola flower on the front of pork and roll.
 Melt butter in frying pan. Fry rolled pork, winding end below until browned.
5 Mix A. Pour into and mix together while boiling.
   Cut into bite sized pieces.
