【report】2017 Japanese cooking 2

This time, we introduced 3 dishes: pressed sushi, rolled pork with canola flower inside, and clear soup.
The participants (even first-timers and regulars) enjoyed making their own sushi and meeting new people.

Attendees 24 in total(Taiwan*4, China*3, Spain, Romania, France, Greece, Netherlands, Turkey, Korea*1/Japan*10)
as well as 5 cooking volunteers
Menu ・Diamond-Shaped Pressed Sushi
・Rolled Pork with Canola Flower inside
・Clear Soup with Turnip and Thin deep-fried Tofu
Comments ・Very fun! I learned how to prepare 3 dishes and had interesting conversations with other people.
・I really enjoyed. It was nice to meet new people. And I’m very pleased that you provided me alternative menu (because of religious restriction.)
・It has been a while, but it was as great as I remember the last event I went to.
