The association was planning to hold an international exchange festival at Meguro Persimmon Hall on January 24, 2021 (Sun) and January 30, 2022 (Reiwa 4), but the new model In order to prevent coronavirus infection, all of them were canceled, and the opportunity to deepen international exchange and mutual understanding in the region was lost for the second consecutive year.

◇ Online Japanese Conversation Lesson (Zoom)
— Foreign participants and Japanese participants will deepen their international understanding by exchanging online on some themes in Japanese using Zoom as the Japanese coordinator progresses. At the end of the session, the Japanese coordinator will guide you to MIFA and the Japanese language classes in the ward. It will be divided into beginner class and intermediate class according to the Japanese proficiency level of foreign participants.

- Exhibition conditions (video: YouTube, etc.)
(1)Must be an original video that matches the activities of the group
(2)The work must not infringe the rights of a third party, such as copyright, other intellectual property rights, and portrait rights. In the unlikely event that a third party claims copyright infringement or compensation for damages, the organizer will not be held responsible, and the exhibitor shall resolve it at his / her own risk and expense. Exhibitors are responsible for using music, etc. that has been copyrighted at the applicant’s responsibility, or original works.
(3)If the image is visible to the extent that an individual can be identified, the exhibitor must obtain the consent of the exhibitor before applying.
(4)It must not be a video that violates laws and regulations, works that violate public order and morals, sales advertisements for commercial purposes, videos whose main purpose is religious missions, etc., or videos that infringe the rights of third parties.
(5)Videos such as sales advertisements for commercial purposes (excluding sales of fair trade goods, etc.), videos whose main purpose is religious missions, etc., and videos that do not contain content that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals.
(6)The executive committee may check the content of the video and cancel the distribution if it violates the above conditions or if it is judged inappropriate due to lack of consideration in terms of expression in light of the purpose of this festival.
(7)Exhibited works will not be returned. The source submits the copied data as a work.
(8)The copyright of the work belongs to the creator, but the executive committee may use the work by the organizer for the purpose of publicizing the festival.
(9)The executive committee will decide on the disclosure of the recorded contents. - Exhibition conditions (Zoom)

(4)The executive committee may cancel the project if it confirms the content of the project and determines that it is inappropriate, such as violating the above conditions or lacking consideration for expression in light of the purpose of this festival.
(5)The copyright of the project belongs to the executive committee.
