The main ingredients are plant-based. There are various types depending on the season.
This class offers foreign residents a hands-on wagashi-making experience so they can recreate them at home.

Soyu KAWAMURA 河村 宗有

During her 30 years of experience in the Urasenke tea ceremony, she received instructions by a kaiseki cuisine chef and a Japanese confectionery craftsman. Currently, she is offering casual tea ceremony lessons and Japanese confectionery making classes.
