Clear Soup with Turnip and Thin deep-fried Tofu

Ingredients (4 servings)
4 (1for slices) turnips
Broth
4cups water
4 tbsp liquid broth (shirodashi)
1/2 thin deep-fried tofu
2 crab sticks (kanikama)
1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Method
 Peel turnips. Slice 1 turnip and grate the rest. Mince stems and leaves of turnip. Julien thin deep-fried tofu. Spread crab sticks.
 Warm broth. Add turnips and thin deep-fried tofu into broth. Cook through.
 Squeeze grated turnips softly. Add grated turnips, minced stems and leaves, crab sticks and cornstarch dissolved with 1tbsp water into . Boil a little.
 Serve in a bowl.
