Ingredients (4 servings)
500g yogurt
1 cucumber
1/2 clove of large garlic
Dry dill or dry mint(optional)
Salt and pepper
1tbsp raisins or walnuts
Shi-chi-mi (optional)
Method
1 Chop the cucumber finely.
2 Grate the clove of garlic.
3 Mix all the ingredients and season to taste.
4 Add raisins and crushed walnuts if you like.
5 Sprinkle the dip with some “shichimi” to make it a bit spicy and beautiful. ★Shichimi (powdered red pepper mixed with other spices)
