“Mast o Nanaa (Yogurt and herb dip)”

Mast o Nanaa

Ingredients (4 servings)
500g yogurt
1 cucumber
1/2 clove of large garlic
Dry dill or dry mint(optional)
Salt and pepper
1tbsp raisins or walnuts
Shi-chi-mi (optional)

Method
 Chop the cucumber finely.
 Grate the clove of garlic.
 Mix all the ingredients and season to taste.
 Add raisins and crushed walnuts if you like.
 Sprinkle the dip with some “shichimi” to make it a bit spicy and beautiful. ★Shichimi (powdered red pepper mixed with other spices)
