
Ingredients (4 servings)
| 80g rice flour | ||||||||||
| 80cc(or more) lukewarm water | ||||||||||
| Seasonal fruits | ||||||||||
| Brown sugar syrup |
Method
1 Put rice flour into a bowl. Pour lukewarm water in little by little. Breaking lumps, knead until the dough is soft.
2 Divide the dough into 12 and make balls.
3 Put balls into boiling water, pick them out when they rise to the surface. Cool down the balls in cold water and drain.
4 Put the balls in a small bowl and decorate the fruits. Pour brown sugar syrup over it.
