Participants enjoyed watching the demonstration and took part in some processes of making soba.

Comments	・The soba was very nice. I could learn many things about soba making. ・Great. I had a lot of questions and got all the answers from the sensei (teacher)! ・I enjoyed the all organization, the volunteer. The possibility to see the SOBA making was a good opportunity. The number of people was not too much so that we could have a comfortable experience.
