Ingredients (4 servings)
6 pieces chicken tenderloin
1 tbsp sake (rice wine)
1/2 tsp salt
a little soy sauce
25g Somen (dried noodle) with color of cherry blossoms
1/2 cup white sesame seeds
a little bit black sesame seeds
4 sheets crackers
2 egg white
oil for frying
lemon, mayonnaise, salt, ketchup
１ Slice chicken into 3 portions. Season chicken with Ａ.
２ Cut Somen into 1.5cm.
３ Crumble crackers and mix with paprika.
４ Pat chicken dry on a paper towel and dust flour.
５ After dip chicken in egg white, cover with each coating. Deep fry Somen at 170゜C, sesame seeds and crackers at 180゜C.
６ Serve with lemon, mayonnaise, salt or ketchup as condiments.
