Ingredients (4 servings)
|80g rice flour|
|80cc(or more) lukewarm water|
|Brown sugar syrup|
１ Put rice flour into a bowl. Pour lukewarm water in little by little. Breaking lumps, knead until the dough is soft.
２ Divide the dough into 12 and make balls.
３ Put balls into boiling water, pick them out when they rise to the surface. Cool down the balls in cold water and drain.
４ Put the balls in a small bowl and decorate the fruits. Pour brown sugar syrup over it.
