“Rice Flour Dumplings with Seasonal Fruits”

Ingredients (4 servings)

80g rice flour
80cc(or more) lukewarm water
Seasonal fruits
Brown sugar syrup

Method
 Put rice flour into a bowl. Pour lukewarm water in little by little. Breaking lumps, knead until the dough is soft.
 Divide the dough into 12 and make balls.
 Put balls into boiling water, pick them out when they rise to the surface. Cool down the balls in cold water and drain.
 Put the balls in a small bowl and decorate the fruits. Pour brown sugar syrup over it.
