【Report】2019 Japanese Cooking Class

This time, we introduced 3 dishes:
California roll which has been imported to Japan again from the U.S.,
one of the most popular Japanese traditional home cooking, “Niku-jaga” (Braised Meat and Vegetables), and Matcha dessert.
Everyone enjoyed cooking and interacting with the locals and learning Japanese culture.
We will have the other one in February!

Comments ・It was really fun and everyone was super friendly. I loved making Japanese dishes because I haven’t made any before.
・As a foreigner, I don’t have much chance to talk with somebody in Japanese, so it was really nice to join this class. I’m sure I’ll come next as well.
・It’s nice experience ,I could understand about some Japanese cooking ingredients which is really new to me
・The flow of the instructions and the demonstrations were very clear and easy to understand. The 3 dishes were very delicious.
